      The Malka Group RTO #21694 is seeking experienced, quality Community Services Training Consultants who have recent and relevant industry experience and a recent qualification in the areas they wish to train. The Community Services Training Consultants have to be client centric, understanding the learning needs of the individual and the employer.

      To be selected as a Community Services Training Consultant with The Malka Group you will:

      • Have at least three years' experience in a Community Services Training Consultant  in a private RTO or TAFE
      • Provide advanced facilitation and assessment support, guided by the standards detailed in the VET quality framework.
      • Support the identification and development of resources for training and assessing programs across  the above qualifications
      • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training and assessment programs through validation meetings and feedback from clients.
      • Create networking and partnership opportunities across your industry area
      • Support the delivering of high quality training across qualifications in the Community Services training package
      • Experience in the delivery of training and assessment in a classroom, workplace, online and via blended mode, to either pilot programs or model best practice
      • Inform client specific Traineeship training delivery
      • Review Community Services learner resources and assessment tools to ensure compliance and industry currency
      • Meet with employers to support work placement opportunities for our students
      • Conducting training needs analysis, customise and contextualise training for individuals and small groups
      • Experience in or willing to learn how to offer  RPL for appropriate candidates
      • Demonstrate an understanding of adult learning needs and learning styles
      • Compliance with reporting requirements and maintaining records in accordance with TMG's policies and procedures

      Qualification Requirements

      • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
      • Current Community Services Qualifications
      • Trainer Matrix against the qualifications you are able to facilitate
      • Current Working with Children Check card and National Police Certificate
      • Current drivers' licence

      • A participative, engaging and flexible delivery style to coach and facilitate 'real world applicable learning'
      • Willingness to share your industry experience with your learners
      • High level computer literacy

      Your key strengths will be recent and relevant Community Services Industry training delivery experience, energy, an optimistic outlook, strong verbal and written communication skills, a professional presentation, ability to multi task and meet tight deadlines.
